A Sarasota native, Phillip earned his degree in Natural Resources & Wildlife Management at Utah State University before returning to Florida. He managed environmental preserves for Sarasota County and the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission along the Lake Wales Ridge, then oversaw Charlotte County’s environmental parks before founding the firm in 2014.

22 years in county land management

Debbie holds a BS in Environmental Science & Policy from the University of South Florida and spent 22 years as an Environmental Land Manager with Sarasota County, managing county-owned preserves and helping guide the Environmentally Sensitive Lands Program. Today she leads quality assurance, permitting, and project management.

Ellie grew up on land-management projects and began her career with AmeriCorps at Oscar Scherer State Park, working in invasive-vegetation management. She now coordinates projects and administration while serving as field ecologist in the Cape Coral and South Charlotte County areas.
